And she truly loved Kareena's vivacious character - Geet - in the movie. At that time she even expressed her desire to play such kind of character. Seems like Genelia's deep-seated desires will soon materialize! As the reports suggest that Genelia is currently working in a Telgu film SASIREKHA PARINAYAM, which is said to be a remake of Bollywood super hit JAB WE MET. Genelia recently said that she is happy playing this character and also confident as this character will bring her enough accolades as it did for Kareena. Directed by Krishnavamsi and produced by Sunkara Madhu Murali this Telgu remake is nearing its completion and plans to release the film on Dussera.
